Booking & Payment Terms

To secure your stay a valid credit card is required at the time of booking and a 10% deposit is required upon booking.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change, especially when travelling in the mountains. Our policy is as follows:

Cancellations are fully refundable as long as they are made 48 hours prior to check-in.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance as well as no-shows are non-refundable and forfeit the full booking amount.
During the holidays, from Dec 15-Jan 2, we require 72 hours notice for any cancellations.

We value our guests and understand that emergencies happen. In cases of extreme weather, travel bans or documented medical emergencies, please contact is directly to discuss potential rescheduling or partial credit options.

Pet & Animal Policy

To ensure the safety of our resident livestock and the comfort of all guests, the following rules apply to all visiting pets:

All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to limit the number or type of pets on-site.
Pets staying in our chalets must be kept in a cage/crate. Pets must not be left unattended.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of your RV/Tent or Chalet.
Strictly no off-leash pets.
Guests are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets. A disposal fee may be charged if waste is left on the grounds/
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the chalets, RV Hookups, or landscaping. Excessive barking that disturbs the peace of the resort may result in a request to vacate without a refund.

Liability & Waivers

Guests agree to hold N & V Mountainview Chalets & RV Resort LTD and its operators free of any and all claims, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of the premises.
